Returns
Eligibility – Orders delivered and accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. If you believe the order does not meet the specifications, please contact our customer care team within 12Â hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products – Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please record a video showing the condition of the product upon delivery, as this will be necessary for processing your return.

Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Processing Time – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellations

Non-Acceptance – If a customer does not accept their order upon delivery, they will be responsible for the delivery charges incurred.
Exchanges – There are no exchanges if the order is received.
